The Lewinsky Affair was a political scandal in the United States.
In 1998, then US President Bill Clinton had to defend himself against an alleged extramarital sexual relationship with intern Monica Lewinsky. Impeachment proceedings were initiated by the American House of Representatives, but this failed after 21 days of negotiations. The picture shows a pixelated portrait of Bill Clinton. If you look at the work up close, you can see that it consists of a lot of small, erect penis pixels.
